QTVR (Quick Time Virtual Reality) allows users to interact with an image. They may zoom in or out and can move to the left, right, up, and down.

This format is a wonderful way to allow guests to take a virtual tour of your hotel or resort. It requires Adobe's Flash Player or Apple's Quick Time player, which is available as free downloads. Note: Flash Player is installed by default of most browsers.

What's more, file sizes are small and will not hamper your website or the experience of potential clients who visit your website.

The first examples open in Flash Player (.swf) format. Clicking on the images below will open a new page. Wait for the movie to load and you can then interact with the movie. The image will be in black and white but will change to colour as the file loads.

The first image has automatic links to the other files. So if you get a prompt inviting you to another part of the resort clicking there will take you there.

Hold down the Left mouse button to drag the image to the left or right.

You can use the on-screen controls to zoom in or out or use the Shift key to zoom in and the Control key to zoom out. When zoomed in you can also hold down the Left mouse button to move up or down.
